At Meme’s Worms, we believe in keeping things fair, straightforward, and friendly. Below, you’ll find exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements—whether you ordered live worms or worm gear..
Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order shows up broken, missing something, or not working as it should, don’t worry—we’ve got you.
For Worm Orders:
- Worms arrived dead? - We don’t offer refunds for live worms, but we do replace them under our Live Arrival Guarantee (conditions apply).
- Wrong worm species? - We’ll replace it right away.

Not sure if they’re healthy? - Give us a call—we’ll help you figure it out.
For Non-Worm Products:

Item damaged or not working? - We’ll replace it or offer a refund—whichever you prefer.
- Missing parts? - We’ll send replacements at no extra charge.

Minor issues due to in-house packaging? - We review and pack every order ourselves, but if something slips through, let us know. We’ll make it right.
Received the Wrong Item?
Oops. If we shipped the wrong product:

For worms – We’ll always replace them with the correct species or quantity.

For non-worms – Same deal. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Package Never Arrived?
First, double-check your tracking info (we email it to you before shipping). If the order’s marked delivered but you don’t have it:

We’ll contact the postal carrier and investigate.

If the package is lost or undelivered, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Worm Orders:

Want to change or cancel a worm order? Let us know before it ships. Once it’s on the way, we can’t make changes or accept returns (worms don’t travel well twice).
Non-Worm Products:

You can exchange most items—just send them back in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’re canceling for personal reasons (not damage or issues), we ask that you explain why during checkout or by contacting us directly. We want to understand how we can do better.
Timeframes and Return Conditions

Live worms: No refunds or returns once shipped.

Non-worm items: Eligible for return if unopened and unused, within 30 days of delivery.
A return request can be made through your account profile here.
Ship returns to:
Once we receive the item back in its original condition, your refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
